Appointment Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

At our office, we value the time of our patients and our providers. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations limit our ability to provide care to other patients who may need that time.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

Policy details:

  • There is no financial charge for missed or late-cancelled appointments.

  • We request 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, depending on provider availability.

  • Appointments that cannot be accommodated due to late arrival will be considered a missed appointment.

  • Patients who miss three (3) scheduled appointments, including no-shows, late cancellations, or appointments missed due to late arrival, may be unable to schedule future appointments with our office.

These policies help ensure fair access to care and respect the time of both our patients and providers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
