Dr. Walter Rutkowsky
Optometrist
Dr. Rutkowsky is a board-certified optometric physician with decades of experience in general practice. He specializes in low vision care, complex eyeglass prescriptions, and specialty contact lens fitting. Dr. Rutkowsky earned his Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry with an emphasis in low vision.

Dr. Chelsea Nissinoff
Optometrist
Dr. Chelsea is a residency-trained optometrist who provides patient-centered care on a part-time basis. She offers comprehensive eye exams with special expertise in myopia management, specialty contact lenses, and the diagnosis and management of ocular disease. Dr. Nissinoff completed her training at Nova Southeastern University and is originally from upstate New York.
Dr. George J Brown
Optometrist
In 2013, Dr. Brown partnered with Dr. Rutkowsky with the goal of bringing full scope optometry, expanding our clinical services. His experience in comprehensive and specialty eye care, including pediatrics, vision therapy, digital eye strain, and advanced dry eye services has helped evolve our practice into what we do today. Dr. Brown is fellowship trained and completed his optometric degree at the New England College of Optometry.
