Dr. Rutkowsky is a pioneer in low vision services and is widely recognized throughout Florida, across the country, and internationally. He founded this practice in 1980 and has dedicated his career to providing high-quality eye care to patients of all ages. Dr. Rutkowsky takes great pride in his work and remains deeply committed to his patients and the field of optometry.

Dr. Brown has been with Rutkowsky Eyecare since 2015 and has helped elevate the practice through his leadership and dedication to exceptional patient care. While he primarily practices in his home office in Rhode Island, he provides thorough, compassionate eye care when seeing patients here on a limited basis.

Dr. Chelsea Nissinoff joined the practice in September after practicing in Jacksonville for several years. She provides comprehensive eye care for patients ages six months and older and has strong expertise in ocular disease management, myopia prevention, and specialty contact lens care. She is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, personalized care to every patient.
